Begin with the customers using the display

Look at the sunglass shapes and sizes customers have asked for recently. Keep a separate list of regular sellers and new styles you want to try. When you send a wholesale enquiry, explain the intended display and quantity instead of asking only for the latest collection. This helps the team narrow the current options to a useful buying list.

Keep appearance and lens specification separate

Record the frame reference, colour and size on one line, then record the stated lens information separately. Ask which variants of that model have the features you need. A tinted lens or an attractive product photograph is not evidence of a particular UV or polarization specification. Request the information supplied for the actual model; do not transfer a claim from another item in the collection.

Check the assortment before comparing totals

Two quotations can describe different pack mixes. Confirm the number of pieces, whether colours are fixed or selectable, and which cases or packing are supplied. If a requested variant is unavailable, ask for a revised selection and quotation before payment. Keep a written list that connects every model and colour to its quantity.

Prepare the shop handover and reorder record

Check that the chosen case suits the folded sunglasses and ask for any supplied care instructions. Tell the team your MRP-tagging requirements. Save the confirmed order, product references and delivery details in one place so that an arrival check or future reorder can use the same information. The ordering page explains verification, payment and dispatch.
