Start with retailer verification
Our WhatsApp community is for optical retailers. Have a clear shop photo or business card ready before contacting our team. If you share a business card, the number on it should match the number you contact us from. This helps us confirm that wholesale access is going to a retailer. The team may ask for clarification before approving access.
Keep the product reference with your enquiry
Once verified and added to the community, you can view product videos and current wholesale information. Tell the team which model, colour and quantity you would like, using the relevant video as a reference. A product in an earlier video may no longer be available. Confirm current stock before finalising an order.
Confirm the details before payment
Share accurate billing and delivery information. Check the selection, quantity and total with the team before making payment. If you would like MRP tags, communicate the requirement while the order is being confirmed. Natural Vision offers MRP tagging without an extra charge. Keep the final confirmation with your records.
Understand dispatch and delivery
After payment, we arrange the earliest possible dispatch, on the same or next day where possible. Dispatch means the order has been sent out; it does not mean the parcel will arrive that day. Confirm the timing for your particular order with the team. Delivery is free across India. For a follow-up question, keep your order reference handy.
