Our team checks a shop photo or business card before granting access. If you use a business card, its contact number should match the number you use to reach us. The team may ask a follow-up question to clarify your business details. Preparing a verification request is a first step; the team must still review it before adding you to the community.
Share relevant proof directly
Send a clear image showing the information needed to establish your retail business. Avoid unrelated personal documents. Proof is shared directly with the team during verification. The request builder on this website prepares your message; it does not upload proof, approve your business or add you to a WhatsApp group automatically.
After the team approves access
Once you are added, view arrivals and discuss orders with the team. Share product references, quantities and billing information, then confirm the order and payment. Community access does not reserve stock. Each order's availability is confirmed separately, so keep your requirements specific and check the latest details before payment.
